SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation acknowledging your order has been received. We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays), all orders ship within 1 to 3 business days.  Orders placed after 5pm Eastern are processed the next business day. If an item you order is out of stock, or subject to delay we will contact you via email regarding the status of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Return Guidelines:

  • Product(s) must be returned within 30 days of order date.

  • Include a copy of your invoice and a reason for returning the product(s).

  • We cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been abused or excessively used.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
